The Plenum of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar approved the request for a loan from the Official Credit Institute (ICO) from 870,600 euros to tackle its debt to independent small and medium enterprises (SMEs)
The Plenum of the City of San Pedro del Pinatar approved yesterday, with the vote for all groups, the request for a loan of 870,676 euros to the ICO for the payment of debts with autonomous and SMEs, incurred during the years 2007 and 2008 , pending settlement.
The mayor of the municipality, Visitation Martinez, explained that this loan would be paid off the debts that crawl since 2007 and part of 2008 with small suppliers by the end of the year.
This loan will pay off debt to the session with 91 self-employed and SMEs, establishing a priority order to be paid by the older debts first.
This loan is part of the Decree Law 8 / 2011 of July 1 Support Measures mortgage borrowers, of control of public spending and cancellation of debts owed by companies and independent local entities.
This rule determines a loan repayment period of three years and a fixed annual interest of 6.5 percent.
Also, the full court approved the recognition of credit for an approximate value of 440,000 euros, 39 bills for contracted suppliers in 2010.
In this regard, the first mayor said that 50 percent of this amount, 220,000 euros, "superfluous expenses correspond to the former government team, such as parties, receptions and advertising."
