Citizen Participation The Department has set up the Citizens Advice Bureau (OAC), a service that will respond immediately to complaints, questions and suggestions from residents of the municipality.
The mayor of the branch, Silvia Egea, explained that this office is set as the first link in the public attention, because through it establishes a protocol for fast and clear answers are offered and truthful.
Egea has considered the OAC "provides transparency and quality to the Administration closer to citizens and facilitating access to local administration and management."
Likewise, the mayor explained that this office will coordinate with the village headman to facilitate and standardize the collection and response to complaints, complaints and suggestions from residents of the municipality.
