The Director of the Institute of Aging at the University of Murcia, Vincent Vincent and the mayor of the municipality, Visitation Martinez, today signed a collaboration agreement for the promotion of research, training and dissemination of the aging process

The University Research Institute on Aging, University of Murcia establish an office in San Javier, in order to enhance its educational task in this municipality, and to disseminate and advise on the biological process of aging.

The agreement signed today is a key priority for studies of basic and applied research on the aging process, specialized training for professionals, information activities and scheduling of courses, seminars, workshops, etc..

The Institute will provide advice to public and private entities on aging and disseminate the promotion of healthy habits.

Also, be established in the Social Service Center a branch of the Institute on Aging and will practice in the municipality of the Master's specialization as well as other educational activities.
