Martinez explained that the average expenditure in the chapter of personnel is 473 euros per capita in San Javier, compared to 383 euros on average in the municipalities in the region of similar size.

ACTION AND PROPOSALS
The mayor has said that these data corroborate the previous disastrous economic management of local government, despite the critical situation of the City Council in 2010, decided to extend budgets approved two years ago and continued to increase the expense item as debt became unsustainable .
