The 117 liters per m2 in just over two hours, have produced flooding in several parts of the town, highlighting the area of ​​ponds, which can be solved by simply placing a suitable tube racks and discharge directly into the channel above the salt , because just in front there is a greater height of land that prevents the natural outlet to said channel.
It is for cases like this, for traffic management and design of our access to the DPI requested that his first motion, and continues to seek a formula by which one may have made the drafts that allow us to have prepared the studies in order to allocate any item of money we receive to invest where it is most needed.
This issue can be resolved in the next budget including a budget that, however small, we may allow a contest of ideas to solve technical problems.
