The delegation was led by the Murcia regional president and composed of the mayors of Murcia, Molina de Segura, Lorca, Aguilas, Jumilla, San Javier, Cieza and Yecla.

More than 3,000 municipalities and 143 million people across Europe are already participating in the Covenant of Mayors.
