The Christmas events in San Javier officially began yesterday with the traditional lighting of the lighting and the Bethlehem Municipal, by the mayor, Visitation Martinez, the council of Celebration, Silvia Egea, and the pastor of St. Peter the Apostle Church Manuel Roberto Burgos, accompanied by members of the Municipal Corporation and representatives of various groups and associations.
After 20:00 hours and after the blessing of the pastor, the first mayor by the council of Celebration and the rest of the delegation made a tour of Bethlehem, accompanied by the manager of Nativity Horadada.
For over 15 years, Nativity Horadada is responsible for the installation of this Bethlehem in the Place de la Constitution, which currently has a size of 6 meters wide by 18 long.
The installation recreates various passages of the Bible and the birth of Christ, and genre scenes of shepherds and farmers.
