Since 2007 in the municipality of San Javier had not taken place the debate and vote on the budget for next year, which, as it is legislated tay, occurs every November, except in exceptional circumstances.
As we all know, the reasons for not presenting, in the case of our City Council, due to the loss of an absolute majority totaling PSOE - UCPI, and lost after the separation of four of the councilors of the PSOE and the incorporation of these the mixed group.
This circumstance gave rise to extending previous government budgets go they were good for their claims, as the chapters of income were above reality and fictional mode though, in the budget there was money to schedule projects and expenses.
In practice, once made remained unpaid for lack of liquidity in those games.
Thus, with joy in spending by all of the previous government known PSOE - UCPI, passivity of the opposition and the permissibility of the officials responsible for the areas of economics and administration, was gestating and stifling the current situation.
In such actions serve no excuse to exonerate any of the speakers, and then detail some of the reasons:
1 .- The officials for having made reports against improper conduct and having reported to the competent bodies of the Commission or the Court could have avoided accounts of what happened.

3 .- The minority ruling party PSOE - UCPI, because they could present some real budgets and request a vote of confidence, so that insurance would have ended the anomalous situation.
Today they have finally been approved budgets tight enough but the reality, which of course have to be corrected over the next year at various points, mainly in the items of expenditure and revenue, according to needs as they arise in them.
From DPI, fulfilling the commitment in our manifesto and our spokesperson's speech on Inauguration Day, we voted today welcomed the Budget 2012, to understand that approval of the budgets for 2012 will be an improvement for Pinatarenses everyone regarding the modus operandi of previous years.
For this reason we have supported, although this does not mean a blank check to the government team.
