The Prince of Asturias Pavilion San Javier has welcomed today more than 150 children from 16 schools in the region who participated in this championship
The Director General of Sports, Antonio Penalver, the mayor of San Javier, Visitation Martinez, the Councillor for Sports, Pedro Luis Vera and head of department of Sports, Eduardo Armada have released today the trophies to the winners in the centers school championship "Playing athletics" in the youngest category, which was held at the Prince of Asturias Pavilion San Javier.
The Sports CEO explained that in the final of this tournament have been involved around 150 children from 16 schools in the region, three from San Javier.
Peñalver has indicated that the objective of this program is to bring athletics in a fun way to school, and disseminate physical activity among children.
In the women has been won by the college of San Javier La Paz, followed by San Francisco center of Lorca, Count Campillo and Fahuaran Cehegín Abarán.
In the men the winning team was the Hernandez Ardieta of Torre Pacheco, followed by Antonio Monsoon Beniel school, Our Lady of Loreto and San Javier Mula Anita Arnao.
