The Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC) has scheduled during the month of March a series of lectures in pensioner households in the San Pedro and Lo Pagan and the Housewives' Association, coinciding with the month consumer
Over a hundred people have participated in information workshops organized by the OMIC of San Javier in the month of March in the Housewives Association of Users and Consumers Our Lady of Mercy, the Day Center Nicholas Jose Espinosa Lo Pagan and the Home of the Pensioner Raymond Benedict of St. Peter.
This series of talks is scheduled to mark the World Consumer Day, held on 15 March, and have addressed the issues of distance selling of financial products, for the concern about both issues
We have also discussed other issues that arouse the interest of users, mainly related to the energy sector and telephony, among others.
Attend the OMIC claims, allegations and complaints of citizens who are faced with a conflict of interest with any business, trade or service.
During the first quarter, the OMIC has registered nearly 1,000 hospitality and sectors that have attracted more consultations were as telephony, energy and banks.
