The Leisure and Arts Emerging San Javier yesterday hosted a meeting of the Local Employment Committee of the Mar Menor, which aims to reactivate the labor market in the area and maximize the effectiveness and impact of different policies and employment promotion programs implemented in these municipalities.
The meeting was chaired by the Director General of the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF) and attended by the deputy director of the SEF, Rafael Olivares, the Head of Guidance, Francisco Serrano, representatives of the Institute of Development and Aldermen and Technical Employment the City of Torre Pacheco, Los Alcazares, San Javier and San Javier
This committee has among its priorities to advance the implementation of different production scenarios that are able to promote new models of development capable of generating employment through the suggestions and proposals of the parties involved.
The objective is to optimize the effectiveness and impact of different policies and programs to promote SEF to act as an instrument of employment reactivation and thus economic activity and productive fabric of the area.
The Local Employment Commission has, among other things, evaluate the results of employment policies, to study mechanisms of collaboration between the Councillors for Employment and SEF and to propose plans and actions involving several municipalities.
