The first edition of the Sea World Exhibition celebrates its second day today with large numbers of people and various activities such as drills, water sports, boating and a presentation on the seahorse.
The staff of Red Cross in the Mar Menor have made today a mock rescue of a boat on fire with injuries in front of the fish market of Lo Pagan.
Dozens of workers have seen a dozen troops, aboard two boats, towed and evacuating the wounded and put out the flames of boat accident in the rescue exercise.
The work that Red Cross and the 112 in beaches is one of the attractions of Sea World Exhibition I, for tomorrow will show an exhibition of rescue rescue dog on the beach of La Puntica and Saturday an exercise of a revival of a vessel sunk and a mock battle against marine pollution.
Besides this activity, attendees at the show on the marine world today have been able to ride on a boat tour along the Mar Menor, and enjoy the permanent exhibition of the esplanade.
From 17:00 hours, has also held a talk on the path of environmental seahorse in the lagoon marmenorense, by Elena Barcala, a researcher at the Spanish Institute of Ocanografía.
All day workshops have also been developed for children, theatrical entertainment, a demonstration of the preparation of the pot or a sample of the fish auction as before.
