Councilman UPyD in San Javier, José Luis Ros Medina, presented three proposals in the plenary this morning so that all citizens know the content and the changes included in advance of the General Plan.
The proposals are to publish the document on the municipal website, which is on public display for three months (instead of a month is common) and Social Council will convene the City to hear their proposals and opinions.
José Luis Ros has also recommended the government TEAM meetings were open to residents and media to explain such an important document and yet so difficult to understand how the General Plan.
All three proposals have been accepted by the government team.
"The General Plan is the most important project for a municipality, and to govern their growth, services and natural heritage for decades to come and believe it is vital that people know from the project's progress to the final General Plan and to express their views and suggestions about it, "stated Councilman UPyD.
José Luis Ros also noted that although you disagree with some of the proposals in advance, voted in favor because it was voted that the content of the project, but if published or not.
"It is important that a delicate project concerned with the increased transparency and greater consensus and that's why I voted for the publication" has been clarified.
