The Plenum of the City of San Javier has approved the public exhibition of the General Municipal Development Plan Urban.
The Plenum of the City of San Javier today approved with votes in favor of PP, and DPi UPyD, public exposure of the General Municipal Development Plan Urban.
The Town Planning, Angel Gaona, explained that this document includes improving overall communications system, extensive land intended for hotel use and maintains the main green areas and industrial land.
The mayor has said that it is a core document and generally open to input from the citizens of San Javier, so it has been suggested that different pathways are open to residents of the municipality know the plan and rate it.
So, has said that Technical meetings with groups and associations representing social and business fabric of the municipality, the Plan will be presented on the website of the City, a suggestion box to enable citizens' proposals and convene the City Social Council to carry out their input also.
Gaona stated that the advance of General Urban Plan set out the public is a basic administrative document open, initiating a long process of review of the urban structure of the municipality, which will have all citizens.
Meanwhile, the mayor of the municipality, Visitation Martinez has said that this General Development Plan's main objective is to achieve a balanced and harmonious development of the municipality.
Also, the review concluded that municipal urban model is a long administrative process, but that the City Council will take all steps necessary to approve a plan that ensures the rational use of land in the coming decades.
