The Murcian artist Gines Vicente collected in this sample a series of still lifes in which joins the figurative elements and magical dream.
The councilman of Culture of San Javier, Silvia Egea, and artist Vicente Ginés inaugurated yesterday the exhibition "forbidden fruit", shown in the Cultural Hall of Cajamurcia until 28 June.
The sample consists of a series of tables that are rendered still lifes where traditional items such as vegetables, fruits or baskets take on a new meaning, framed in a dream world through the inclusion of imaginary elements.
The author also highlighted the influence of science fiction literature in his work, which breaks with traditional canons of still life.
