The mayor of San Javier, Visitation Martinez and Councillor for New Technologies, Alvaro Tárraga, today presented the new City website, which keeps the www.sanpedrodelpinatar.es domain, but extends and enhances the image services and tools of the page.
Visitation Martinez explained that the renewal of this website was a primary objective from the start of term, as the former site was "operational and had a little old-fashioned image, then remained unchanged for over a decade."
The mayor also noted that this website has been developed with its own resources by the Department of New Technologies and stressed that it has worked to improve the image, transparency and functionality of the page.
It has also indicated that this site "was created with the intention of being the window to the outside of San Javier," so that this website is a promotional platform of the municipality.
The new website has a more functional format, aimed at the citizen find the information you need in a simple and intuitive, he added.
For his part, Councillor for New Technologies has made a small tour of the site, which highlights the inclusion of graphic elements to make the site more visual and attractive to the internet.
