The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed a research in order to clarify the commission of a violent robbery in San Javier, which has resulted in the arrest of two people for theft and receiving stolen effects .
This action has been made to recover the stolen effects in a place of purchase and sale of gold, which after being brought to justice have been returned to its rightful owner.
The Civil Guard initiated the investigation upon learning of the commission of a robbery with violence and intimidation in the streets of San Javier, where a bystander was assaulted by another person, who after struggling snatched by a strong pull of the jewels he carried in his neck, which involved injury to the victim.
Civil Guard officers, the result of the investigations carried out were able to identify the alleged perpetrator, continuing the research with the aim of recovering the stolen effects.
Then it was found that a second person, coordinated with the perpetrator of the robbery, was the delivery of the goods stolen in establishments buying and selling gold for cash, making it difficult to work on linking agents commission of criminal acts with his receiving.
Once obtained all necessary evidence, and after identifying both the perpetrator and the receptador, established a search that culminated in the location, arrest and subsequent remand in custody, and managing to recover stolen effects in the offense under investigation.

As part of this research has proceeded to the arrest of two people, one on suspicion of robbery with violence and intimidation and a suspicion of crime of receiving stolen effects, identified as:
- Spanish, 18 years of age and resident of San Javier.
- Spanish 40-year-old resident of San Javier.
Both prisoners have a history of committing similar crimes.

As part of the developed devices have recovered the stolen jewelry, which after being brought to justice have been returned to its rightful owner.
The investigation remains open in order to establish the relationship between prisoners and committed other crimes with similar modus operandi.
The detainees, effects recovered and proceedings initiated have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 3 of San Javier (Murcia).
