The councilman of Youth of the City of San Javier, Angel Gaona, today announced the schedule of International Youth Day, celebrated on Sunday 12 August.
Gaona explained that the Leisure and Arts Center will host a conference Emerging with a wide program in which the council aims to inform youth of the town all the activities during the summer period have been developed in this space.
The mayor, accompanied by several instructors of the workshops held at the Leisure Centre, explained that the day will begin around 17:00 hours and that different activities will be carried out in five different spaces.
Thus, the main stage will host a breakdancing championship, the representation of a play, by students of the drama workshop and a concert with the participation of several local groups, many of which have their test site in the center itself.
In addition, the park will be held sports competitions, a display of garments made in re-building workshop, taught by designer Raquel Samper, and photographic rally, in which young people will get the best images from this event.
In the area of ​​emerging arts workshop students will show their skill with graffiti spray and course participants held an exhibition skate at the skate park.
In addition, the cafeteria of the center will host a championship game and will offer a buffet dinner attendees and the small theater screen films throughout the entire day, whose theme will be related to urban art, theater, skateboarding, etc..
