The Councillor for Women and Equality, Guadalupe Garcia, opened today the second edition of the series "Between Us", a talk show that brings together more than two dozen women every Wednesday to discuss issues of various fields.
This edition has started with a talk about the care of plants, by the council of Parks and Gardens, Jerome Moya, who explained the benefits and properties of plants have at home, and encouraged the attendees to plant small gardens in confined spaces such as patios, terraces or balconies.
It has also revealed some tricks and tips to keep the plants in good condition and has responded to the many doubts and questions raised by the attendees.
Also, the day has had the collaboration of Maria Dolores Arques florist with over 40 years of industry experience, he has done a demonstration of how to make flower arrangements and other ornamental details.
Before ending was gifted to the attendees with a copy of "cyclamen".
Women's activities continue tomorrow with the first route the course of "Walking Together," due at 09:30 Social Services Centre and next Wednesday "Between Us" address the issue of menopause with the midwife Carmen Piris.
