The mayor of San Javier, Martinez Visitation, presided over the meeting of the Special Commission of suggestions and complaints to the Citizen in which has realized the annual report of the OAC.
This document contains the statistics of this municipal service since November 2, 2011, date of its commissioning, until the same date this year.
The report indicates that the OAC during this period have collected a total of 518 complaints, suggestions and complaints through instances or through telephone consultations, of which 82 percent have been resolved, while the rest are under study or approved for implementation.
Notably, the highest number of applications and inquiries, a total of 286, have referred to signage, Police and Common Services.
They have also been numerous regarding Parks and Gardens (56), Culture and Celebration (44), Environment and Health (43), Urban Planning, Construction and Industrial Services (32), and Social Services (32).
As for the busiest months of citizens to the Office highlights the third quarter of the year, coinciding with the summer season, in which there were 254 complaints and claims, 198 face and 56 telephone.
The mayor highlighted the work of this office as the first link of the public attention, since it is established through a protocol agile and effective, in order to respond as quickly as possible to inquiries, complaints pinatarenses and suggestions.
It also indicated that the OAC is an example of transparency in the management and closeness that develops from the City, providing tools for citizen access to local government in a simple and direct.
