The Department of Urban and Citizenship Participation have launched a participatory process to collect the suggestions and opinions of the citizens of the municipality in relation to the revision of the new Municipal Urban Plan
Citizens of San Javier can contribute their ideas, suggestions and opinions about urban planning of the municipality through the participatory process that the City has begun under the Municipal Plan Review Urban (PGMO).
So, the departments of Planning and Citizenship have developed a questionnaire, that citizens can be downloaded from the municipal website, which may reflect their views on the general lines PGMO, as are the areas for housing, parks areas and gardens, social and cultural areas, leisure centers, teachers and sports, as well as protection and conservation of natural, cultural and landscape heritage of the municipality.
This questionnaire is part of the campaign "We have a plan for you", which aim to encourage the involvement of residents in the review process PGOM, trying to share his vision, through participation and dialogue.
This process will continue with the convening of sectoral meetings, aimed at associations and neighborhood groups, in which the municipal technicians expose the foundations of the new urban planning of the municipality.
As a prelude to this process last May, the review was presented to the Council PGOM Town Social, participatory body in which representatives of the public debate with politicians and municipal public affairs of the municipality, particularly significant economic and social.
Thus, technicians and Citizenship Planning Council presented to the current characteristics of the municipality and were informed of the implementation progress of the review of PGOM, under exposure to the public until December 31.
The PGMO is the most important planning instrument and impact on the municipality, municipality proposing the model for the next 25 years, is considered one parallel governance in which citizens can and should participate individually and collectively.
