The medics explained basics of nutrition and food composition.
It also showed examples of healthy diets, simple and inexpensive.
During the second part of the exhibition myths demystified speakers on nutrition, diets decoupled and light products, among other topics.
At the end of the day both health answered questions of women attending the lecture.
