The Ballet Kebanna, currently pinatarense carnival parade in more than one hundred members, has received Carnival Mask this year by illusion, effort and involvement, demonstrated in the last ten years
The mayor of San Javier, Martinez Visitation, and the Councillor for Culture and Celebrations, Silvia Egea, have delivered today Carnival Mask 2013 to Laura Martinez, director of the ballet Kebanna.
The council of Celebration highlighted the career of this training, which began its participation in the Carnival pinatarense in 2003 and, over the years, has grown, becoming one of the most numerous extras.
This year, the training will have 115 members.
Silvia Egea also congratulated Kebanna ballet obtained for second place in the contest recently choreographed carnival city of Cartagena, held last weekend.
For his part, the mayor, Visitation Martinez highlighted the enthusiasm and effort shown throughout the years for this training, a job that has been reflected in the spectacular costumes and choreography.
Laura Martinez thanked the award and ensured that Kebanna continue to work with the same enthusiasm for the Carnival of San Javier.
Carnival Mask comes from the year 2000 to those persons, groups and troupes that contribute to the maintenance of these celebrations in the town.
