The Governing Council has agreed to extend for a period of four years, the grant of use of the property in which is located the Casino Cultural de San Javier, owned by the Community.

They are a response to the request made by the City.

This property was sold to the session pinaterense, free of charge, by agreement of March 16, 2001, for a term of ten years.

Subsequently extended for a further period of two years in order to be earmarked for different uses of cultural and recreational.
