The City of San Javier 15% reduced electricity bills (15/03/2013)

This measure is part of the energy saving plan launched by the City of San Javier which includes measures such as the installation of 10 new astronomical clocks to optimize the ignition timing of the streetlights, and reduced flow in the early hours , leading to a saving of 40% of consumption in different areas of the municipality.

Also, they are testing more sustainable lighting technologies like LED and induction, and are off 50% of the lamps partial plans constructed plots.

Moreover, the House approved the update service contract for solid waste collection and the basis of the specification for a new management contract for street cleaning.

The mayor, Visitation Martinez, indicated that these actions are part of the council's commitment to update and adjust pinatarense hiring all the basic services of the City Council, with the aim of deepening political and efficiency savings in municipal management.
