The Councillor for Employment and Training, Antonio Garcia, presented the diplomas of the English course to the public aimed at workers and entrepreneurs held at the Centre for Tourism Initiatives
The Department of Employment and Training of San Pedro del Pinatar has organized, in collaboration with Oxford Academy, the course of English for customer service, with the aim of responding to the demand of the local business community.
This course, which lasted for 24 hours, has been taught by native personnel at three times, in order to facilitate the attendance of employees and employers.
The students have learned to solve correctly and fluid situations customer in English, developing processes oral and written comprehension and oral expression generated by this activity.
The course was funded by the Tripartite Foundation through the credits for companies to conduct free training.
