The Second Exhibition of Associations of San Pedro del Pinatar meets this weekend to different local social groups working in different areas such as solidarity, education, environment, traditions and sports, among others.
The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitation Martinez, and the mayor of Citizen Participation, Silvia Egea, today inaugurated the Second Exhibition of Associations of the municipality, which includes various activities during the weekend and with the participation of about one twenty associations.
Visitation Martinez thanked the efforts and initiative of the participating associations and invited to participate in this event which develop solidarity activities, sports, environmental, etc..
The mayor also praised the high implementation of associations in the municipality, and that currently there are about 150 registered associations to develop their projects and activities in San Pedro del Pinatar.
Meanwhile, Egea recalled that this year has the theme "build solidarity", and that this year has been set as one of the main objectives food fundraisers and municipal associations working with people at risk of social exclusion .
The fair has 17 partnerships with permanent stand inside the tent, where they show their projects and activities, while different zones have been enabled on the outside of the Esplanade and the beach of La Puntica for workshops, exhibitions and performances.
During the day today has developed a workshop spinning solidarity, by San Pedro Sports Center a Zumba master class, taught by Centrosport Fitness club, children's football tournament organized by CFS Pinatar, plus balloon modeling workshops and makeup, clown and performance activities, by the cultural association Unlimitet Art
Also, from 17:30 will be various activities on stage and choral singing and dancing of Hall, in charge of the Association of Senior San Pedro del Pinatar, or youth group performances break dance B-BH- H, Celtic dancing and a special tribute to Queen, also organized by Art Unlimited
The activities continue tomorrow Sunday with another spinning workshop, San Pedro Sports Center, the second day of championship football child, and environmental awareness workshop ADAPT.
