The councilors of Culture and Celebration, Silvia Egea, Youth, Angela Gaona, and the representative of the Association of Entrepreneurs of San Pedro del Pinatar (ASPE), Javier Castejón, today launched the second edition of Bando Pinatarense and talent contest Lives Pinatar, to be held from 6 to 9 June.
The council of Celebration has explained that it is a fun food event and will serve as prelude to the festivities and which aims to expand the range of leisure at this time, coinciding with the celebration of the Day of the Region.
Also, the council recalled the great success of the first edition of Pinatarense Bando, in which more than a dozen booths offer succulent dishes of the local and regional cuisine.
For his part, Councillor for Youth has indicated that, in parallel with the Bando Pinatarense be held on Live Talent Contest II Pinatar, with which it wants to reward creativity and artistic attitudes of the participants.
This contest is open to any form, such as dancing, singing, acrobatics, magic, humor, etc..
and will have two semifinals, 6 and June 7, on stage in front of the booths installed and a final gala on Saturday, June 8.
The jury will be composed by the composer Pedro Contreras, the contestant of TV Fame A Bailar!, Lisa Sanduende, and the winning group in the last edition, SN2.
The first prize is worth $ 1,000, while the runner up will receive 500 euros and 250 euros the third finalist.
For his part, the representative of ASPE, Javier Castejon, said that the aim of this event is primarily revive the hospitality industry, as well as to value the local cuisine.
