The Cultural casino hosts until July 17 the exhibition "The history of our Party through its ethnography", in which he collected books, handbills and posters of the festival of St. Peter the Apostle and the Virgen del Carmen from 1932 to the present
The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitation Martinez and the Councillor for Culture and Celebrations, Silvia Egea, last night inaugurated the exhibition "The history of our Party through its ethnography", which is set in the Cultural Casino until 17 July.
This exhibition presents artwork of the parties for more than eighty years, as handbills, holiday books, posters of the Virgin of Carmen, articles in press, photos, plus a video projection of maritime pilgrimage dates from 1932.
The mayor said the aim of this exhibition, organized by the Department of Culture, to show the development of our parties as well as the more recent history of our town through these publications.
Visitation Martinez thanked the collaboration of the Friends of the Museums and Párraga Isidro, Guillermo Soriano, and embodies Lorca, who contributed to the preparation of this exhibition with the transfer of material.
