On Monday, October 14, 3 Educating / Social is experienced in Civil and Commercial Mediation taught in CEIP Hopes of San Pedro del Pinatar a talk to children / as Mediation graduate, thanks to the cooperation agreement signed between Director D.
Miguel Marin and University Graduates Association of Social Education EducoYa.
The College, which account for more than five years with a personal project and successful in school mediation called "Patrol Friends" will receive over this School Year 2013/14 another 3 talks which will be shown to students in the program the benefits of communication, active listening, assertiveness and empathy for good conflict resolution.
In this first session addressed the conflicts that are innate to human beings, which need not always be negative as they help to improve, and as school mediators should be aware of people's interests and needs to separate the problems , among others.
The talk ended with a massive Karaoke where forty participants sang and expressed using communication as a tool for development.
The Director stated that "in our center opted for a cooperative resolution of conflicts in which bargaining agreement and occupy places priority and which are the students themselves who assume the role and responsibility in the process of solving the Conflicts acting as mediators.
We think that these talks will contribute to training as school mediators of students in 3rd primary cycle.
