The course starts VHS health Warden (18/10/2013)

A total of 30 students have begun the orderly course of health, one of the novelties of the training offered by the University to the course in the field of employment training.

The People's University started this week the medical orderly course, included in the curriculum of the course 2013 - 2014, and has 30 students enrolled.

This course, taught on Tuesdays from 16:30 to 20:30 hours in the Social Services Centre is part of the innovations that the patronage of the VHS has included this year in the form of job training.

The course consists of a total of 100 hours and follow the program endorsed by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security to obtain the "accreditation of health interest" given counseling for Health and Social Policy.

Thus, the program is structured in four training modules that deal with customer service in health care, patient transport, mobilization techniques to assist patients and nursing staff, and transfer of documents, materials and biological samples.

Other courses are also taught for the first time in this semester's University in the field of training for employment are the middle grade access, security guard, personal trainer, professional hairstyling and makeup, and Mediterranean cuisine.

They also offer new courses pharmacy assistant, dietetics and nutrition, food handler, kindergarten assistant coach, introduction to basic nursing care and protocol.

The People's University offers this course 1,500 people in over forty continuing education courses, languages, computer, company, etc..
