On Friday, the largest in the county celebrated the "Grandparent's Day", the international commemoration of which San Pedro del Pinatar is high a few years ago.

The events began around 13:00 pm, with a very close and participatory homily for the elderly, by Don Justo, pastor of Lo Pagan.
Later, held a convivial meal at which were present the mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitation Martinez, Councillor for Social Policy, Francisca Pelegrin, along with several councilors of the municipal corporation and the presidents of Pensioners Associations Lo Pagan and San Pedro, Francisco José Jaén and Maria Gioia Pascual, respectively, which took just before the beginning to thank everyone for their support and highlight the good moment that households spend.
After the events received many compliments as this year has changed the menu and has been a success, as the band has been increased for the dance, pleasing these improvements to all those present.
