The association ASUPIVA exchanged dozens of games over the food I Technology Fair of San Pedro del Pinatar, which also included the robotics competition of the VII Olympiad UMU computer and a championship game, among other activities
The representatives of local associations Love for Love and Caritas Parish this weekend received 500 kg of non-perishable food collected by the ASUPIVA asociaciación that during the fair Pinatar Interactive developed the joint initiative "Games for food".
In addition to this joint activity under the fair also developed the robotics competition VII Computer Olympics UMU in which more than 50 middle and high school students from schools in the region participated.
The team of IES Vega Tader, Molina de Segura, reached the top position.
Second place went to the students of the institute Ricardo Ortega of Fuente Alamo, followed, thirdly, by the Marist College La Merced - Fuensanta, Murcia.
In the contest of video games, organized by the departments of New Technology and Youth, and involving a hundred young people, achieved the first prize of a game console, Antonio Gualda White, while the second prize, a voucher of 60 euros for games, Jesus went to David Aviles.
Other activities I framed this Pinatar Interactive Technology Fair, were the practical conferences cycle that included the talk "From player game programmer, Beat the game of your life" by the Dean of Studies of the Faculty UMU computer, Juan Antonio Sánchez.
The cycle continued with the conference "Design and development of video games", by José Manuel Macia, Coordinator game studios ESI Murcia, and "Principles of Computer Programming", by José Gallego Durán, technical director Byte Realms, University of Alicante.
Interactive Pinatar, a fair aimed at bringing technology and news to the public, also included in this first edition an exhibition area with educational institutions such as the University of Murcia and the local IES Dos Mares, and leading companies in the sector.
