San Pedro del Pinatar account from 1 July with special monitoring device for beaches, lifeguard of 36 and will operate until 15 September.
The summer beach surveillance operation, including in the regional Ballad Plan has nine watchtowers on the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea (El Mojon, Barraca Quemada, Crumbling Tower, Las Salinas and Punta Algae), and three positions surveillance, rescue and first aid and five chairs proximity to the beaches of the Mar Menor (Villananitos, Puntica and La Mota).
This monitoring device, which takes place from 11:30 to 19:30, is supported by means of the water, as are two boats for rescue and water rescue two bikes.
Among other functions, the lifeguards attend Villananitos accessible points and Puntica, featuring amphibious chairs and crutches to facilitate handicapped bathroom and inform swimmers about the need to respect the measures of prevention.
