The Councillor for Education of San Pedro del Pinatar, Guadalupe Garcia, the director of the Universidad del Mar (UNIMAR), Carmen Martinez and co-director of the course, José Meseguer, were closed today bioimedicina workshop on quality of life and taught this week in the town.
This new course at the University of the Sea has moved to current students about healthy lifestyles and biomedical potential actions that will result in quality of life and appropriate health information as well as the age and die with dignity.
Also, the course has been a forum for debate and discussion on these aspect, and included visits to sites related to topics such as thermal center hotel Lodomar and weirs, as an example of unpolluted natural environment.
The Councillor for Education recalled the close relationship of the City and the University of the Sea and thanked the institution and the course directors, holding this workshop in the town, as it is a reference in the Mediterranean regarding health and quality of life.
Meanwhile, the director of the Universidad del Mar, Carmen Martínez, highlighted the partnership that year after year the City pays for pursuing courses in the town, and also thanked the work of the course directors and speakers, as well the involvement of students.
Finally, José Meseguer has highlighted the high level of the speakers, who have moved students advanced scientific research in the field of biomedicine and quality of life.
