The mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitacion Martinez received C4 cadet team recently won the championship of Spain in this category on test 1,000 meters, formed by local paddlers Ramón Gómez, Jesús Conesa, Alejandro Ballester and Houman R. Alarte.

Young athletes were accompanied by the Councillor for Sports, Pedro Luis Vera, AD Pinatarense President Nicolas Lopez and club vice president, Raul Lopez.

Visitation Martinez praised the sporting career of this club and its work by placing the town of San Pedro del Pinatar in elite national canoeing, with dozens of national and international medalists in the disciplines of track, kayak polo and dragon-boat, and several athletes in national teams of each mode.
