Last week San Pedro del Pinatar received the visit of a delegation composed of regional authorities, academics and entrepreneurs from Chile and Peru, in order to know the equipment and technology that counts the Region in wastewater management and agriculture.
This visit is part of the EU-Chile Dialogues Regional Policy and EU-Peru, which have been established for the exchange of information and best practices in implementation of cohesion policy that promotes the general direction of Urban and Regional Policy of the European Commission.
Thus, the region strengthens its position as a leader in these markets, in various aspects such as water engineering, agri-food and tourism.
Among the members of the Peruvian delegation representatives from the National University Jorge Basadre (Tacna), University of the Pacific and the National Agrarian University La Molina (Lima), the National Chamber of Commerce and Production Services businesses were Inca and Sierra exporting Agro Exporter.
