The test, which will take place this Sunday in the Natural Park of Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro has 248 registered for the race of 13.4 kilometers, 134 participants in the 7.6 km and 166 riders on tests Children
San Pedro del Pinatar host this Sunday, October 5, the second edition of the popular race Stint 13.4, to be held in the vicinity of the Regional Park of Salinas y Arenales, coinciding with World Bird Day.
After the close of registration on-line, the test has a total of 558 participants, 248 for the 13.4 mile race, where riders will enjoy the uniqueness of the landscape and the main challenge will have different floor surfaces: pavers, asphalt, dirt and sand.
In the proof of 7.6 kilometers, also in the vicinity of the park and the beaches of the Mediterranean, there have been a total of 134 entries.
Stresses the high participation in children's evidence, which has doubled the number of entries to the previous edition, with a total of 166 runners in different tests of 100 meters, 800 meters, 1200 meters and mile.
The start of the race will be at 10:30 am, while the children's events will be at 12:00 pm on the dock of the Marina de Las Salinas, the starting point and goal of all races, which will be delivered trophies around 13:00.
The day will end with a traditional pot made by local fishermen.
In addition to the sporting event, the Visitor Center Regional Park has developed throughout the weekend a busy schedule of side events on the occasion of World Day of Birds.
