Equality Councilwoman City of San Pedro del Pinatar, Guadalupe Garcia, today introduced the "Between Us" workshops to develop communication, memory and improve relationships.
The City of San Pedro del Pinatar, through the Department of Women and Equality, has launched the program of talks and discussions "between us" which will be held Wednesday at 10:00 am in the Social Services Centre Agustina and Equal Santiago.
The councilman, Guadalupe Garcia, today announced the schedule for the quarter beginning on October 15 with a practical workshop on "Body Language" by the Bachelor of Dramatic Art, Carmen Gómez Heredia, also given, on 22 October "The body as an instrument of communication"
The mayor explained that this program will seek to develop the skills of women and men and the Center for Social Services "Agustina Santiago" every Wednesday is a learning and coexistence.
Workshops continue on November 5 with Practical Workshop "Cognitive Stimulation. In parallel to this schedule, Equality submitted to the Reading Club returns with new name, "Salicornia" an activity that will take place once a month, starting on 29 October and is coordinated by the librarian, Vera Isabel Sáez.
Also, Guadalupe Garcia stressed cultural tour that will take place on November 12 at Jijona (Alicante) to visit Nougat Factory "The Wolf" and the old town.
In this cycle also continue the project "Social Memory Pinatarense Woman", fortnightly space in which women account the experiences, customs, traditions and anecdotes that are part of the collective memory.
The objective of this activity is to collect enough data to publish a book and that piece of our history is lost.
Finally, the council has stressed that all activities are performed by technicians Hall et al, which pose no cost to city coffers and thanked the willingness and dedication of all of them for contributing to the development of this program.
