Once again the government team of San Pedro del Pinatar has shown no sensitivity to the problems we have in the city, from families without electricity or water for months (still unsolved) now vote against the Motion Seconded by Councillor non, Trinidad Mañogil for the launch of a line of support to payment of IBI aimed at the most disadvantaged in San Pedro del Pinatar, motion was supported by all opposition groups.
Whereas housing as a human right and a basic need, Case September 10, 2014 the Court of Luxembourg recognizes housing as a fundamental right under Article 7 of the European Charter of Fundamental Rights.
This is not logical nor Councilman sense in the current ordinance Real Estate in San Pedro del Pinatar, for no benefit at all to citizens with low income or at risk of social exclusion, as it does not provide any kind of bonus for these sectors citizenship, but a series of surcharges on the largest share, if they can not pay within the prescribed period (until October 30), and that from that date the fee automatically to bring a charge of 5%, about month or month and a half later passed enforcing payment.

Trinidad Mañogil said:
The City Council does not provide for regulatory ordinance Property tax bonus for any individuals or families at risk of social exclusion for low income or for pensioners or retirees with limited financial resources nor the disabled also have limited economic resources, ultimately the most vulnerable and hardest they can afford the payments and basic needs.
Paradoxically this council if provided in its ordinance bonuses of 50% on the gross tax to builders and developers, and for many families it comes to discount up to 80% of the fee, regardless of income that have or are owners of several houses or properties.
In another development the motion is accompanied by a competent technician report which argues that the motion is not based on any applicable legal regime which is contrary to law.
Trinidad Mañogil shows that the technical fault the truth and obeys the voice of his master the applicable legal regime is as follows: Act grants punto1 Art.22, Law 38/2003 of November 17, Royal Decree 887 / 21 July 2006 and Law 30/1992 Legal Regime of Public Administrations.

The rejection of this motion by the PP, caused a great rejection by the audience in the plenary hall, many of the people who were there are people who are going very badly and broke when he did not have support of the Team Government, only promises that never reach them, Trinidad Mañogil ask the Mayor to give them the word and when he refused to let the people speak neighbors were evicted by the local police.
Trinidad Mañogil states that resources are, only that they are unevenly distributed and missing political will for effective distribution of the same.
