Councilman Sports San Pedro del Pinatar, Pedro Luis Vera, and the president of FEAMYDA, Felix Serrano, today presented the Self Defense World Championship Martial Arts, Sports and Contact, which will take place on December 13 in the Municipal sports pavilion Prince of Asturias.
Pedro Luis Vera explained that this tournament will bring together 300 participants from various parts of Spain, Portugal, Belgium, England, Venezuela, United States and Brazil, who will compete in the categories of taekwondo WTF, Semi Contact, Full Contact, Kick Boxing, High contact, personal defense and Random Attacks.
The mayor thanked the organization you have chosen San Pedro del Pinatar to celebrate this sports championship internationally, which will add 600 people from different delegations among athletes, referees, coaches, etc.
Meanwhile, Felix Serrano highlighted the multidisciplinary nature of the championship, competing in martial arts experts from 12 years of age.
It has also indicated that the tournament will also have a caring side, a table for food donation to Caritas will be installed.
Entry is free for those under 10, who only have to make a donation to Caritas, while general admission for children is 5 euros and 10 euros for adults.
