The Union of Public Employees SIME in the city of San Pedro del Pinatar, along with the Trade Union USO, has filed a complaint with the municipal corporation to protest the change from one place to the benefit of a specific person, which means a wage increase concealed, and has carried out without complying with the existing legislation on negotiation of amendments to the Relationship of Jobs (RPT).
This modification was raised last February 3, when he was called irregularly to the staff meeting of this council form, not having been communicated this to the president of the same, with the intention of trying to include a new post on MTN, no previously negotiated with the unions.
At this meeting the corporation provided a definition of one new MTN called "technical financial and tax administration" with unknown criteria negotiation.
Due to the fact that the staff meeting is not competent for such negotiations, when drafting the minutes "staff meeting" was replaced by "negotiating table officials" not exist, as known, minutes of opening to the negotiating table.
Furthermore, the inclusion of a new post in the RPT is a covert and without negotiating wage increase, given that the post you want to include in the RPT, as shown in Chapter I of the budget with smaller amounts in the Specific Complement , and is temporarily occupying more than 13 years.
