The event, held from 2 to 5 April, includes an extensive program to train and tourist boat, permanent exhibition, craft market, workshops, guided tours, competitions and sports activities, exhibitions rescue and tasting cauldron.
Councillors of Commerce, José Guillermo García, and Sports, Pedro Luis Vera, today presented the IV Sea World Exhibition, an event dedicated to the sea which is held from 2 to 5 April.
José Guillermo Garcia explained that this fourth edition has been further reinforced nautical, sports and environmental activities, given the great success in previous editions.
The council has explained that the event will be held at various venues such as the Centre for Water activities and beaches Villananitos and La Puntica where sports and rescue activities will be developed, and Kings Park Sea of ​​Spain, where will the exhibition permanent, where small boats and traditional fishing, and craft market of salt are displayed.
Other centers of the fourth edition of the Sea World Exhibition will be the natural park of Salinas and Arenales of San Pedro, with an extensive program of guided tours in the morning and afternoon, from 1 to 4 April, including routes "Spring in the Salinas", "Path of Coterillo" and "Sunset between Molinos" (groups of 30 people, inscrpiciones in inscripiciones@sanpedrodelpinatar.es)
Nor will lack the demonstration and tasting Caldero, to benefit the Spanish Association Against Cancer and by hoteliers and local fishermen on 2 and 4 April.
Also in the park of the Sea will be made daily at 12:00, craft workshops modeling clay, beeswax, jewelry and ceramics.
This year the tour boat kept likewise, every day at 12:00 hours from the pier Nautical Activities Center and the tourist train, which runs the coastline from the esplanade of Lo Pagan to the Mill Quentin continues along Avenida del Puerto, the Visitor Center Las Salinas and the center of San Pedro, with stops at the Maritime Museum and Municipal Museum Baron of Benifayó.
The mayor stressed that this extensive program of activities during the day is completed with traditional processions of Holy Week pinatarense, declared of regional tourist interest.
For his part, Councillor for Sports, Pedro Luis Vera, has indicated that throughout the week sports activities will take place on the beaches of Villananitos and La Puntica, with championships in football and beach volleyball and workshops for children.
He also stressed that attendees can enjoy a wide nautical programming, with the III International Championship Dragonboat, which last year attracted 500 paddlers of different nationalities, races slalom windsurfing and optimist sailing, exhibitions radio control and fly board and free baptisms canoeing, stand up paddle and candle light in Nautical Activities Center.
Also on Saturday an exhibition Rescue, Rescue and First Aid on the beach of La Puntica by service municipal Emergency will be held and in which collaborate the rescue group Mare Nostrum (canine unit lifesaving) and Spanish Red Cross .
This exercise will involve several rescue dogs, as Bruno, who this summer was part of the monitoring device on beaches.
Both councilors invited to enjoy this wide range of outdoor activities, most of them free, and appreciated the work of companies and collective partners such as Coco Loco tourist train, cruises Mar Menor, brotherhood of fishermen, Club Nautico Lo Pagan, Spanish Red Cross, Spanish Salinera Peninsula Jet Center, sailing school Sea World Pinatar, Murcia Canoe Federation, Association Sport Pinatar, Salinas Regional Park San Pedro, Restaurant Club Náutico "Children of Rubio" Spanish Association Against Cancer and Service Emergency "Civil Protection".
