The City Council joins this initiative promoted by the Spanish Federation of Spirits in the framework of the "Children a drop. Over 100 reasons why a child does not drink alcohol," which includes actions aimed at the hospitality, industry and parents minors.
The mayor of San Javier, Visitation Martinez, along with the councilman of Social Services, Francisca Pelegrin, signed the act of adherence to Project Cities Network Against Alcohol Underage, an initiative promoted by the Spanish Federation Spirits (FEBE) within the "Minor a drop. Over 100 reasons why a child does not drink alcohol" campaign.
City Council joins the twenty national councils to fight against the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors.
The signing of the Act of Accession to this project, including FEBE and the municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar, involves a joint effort in preventing underage alcohol consumption.
Under this project, a campaign will be conducted with outstanding athletes of the municipality, actions will be promoted with the hospitality industry and will be disseminated to parents a guide which addresses in an objective manner the reasons why children should drink no alcohol.
