The City of San Pedro del Pinatar and Cajamurcia Foundation have renewed their commitment to job training through a collaboration agreement for the financing of the training offered by this educational institution.
The mayor of San Javier, Visitation Martinez, commercial director of Cajamurcia area, Maria Victoria Esteban, today signed a collaboration agreement under which the Foundation contributes $ 3,000 to finance the training offered by the University Popular.
Visitation Martinez said that the People's University focuses its training on the job training through a wide range in this course 2014-2015 translates into 45 courses and 1,500 students enrolled.
The mayor has said about many of these courses are aimed at finding a new job, while others of them contribute to improve and expand knowledge in a particular professional field.
Meanwhile, Maria Victoria Esteban, congratulated the team of the People's University for "commendable work being done year after year" with favoring continuing education and has established a large and diverse student body.
The event was also attended by the director of the office of Cajamurcia in the city, Pedro Villa, the Councillor for Education, Guadalupe Garcia, and the director of the People's University, Mariano Martinez.
