San Pedro del Pinatar held on Sunday, June 7, the day of Corpus Christi with processions trails in Lo Pagan and San Pedro, where the children of communion were accompanied by tens of faithful.
Elpasado Sunday, June 22, San Pedro del Pinatar and Lo Pagan celebrated the religious festival of Corpus Christi, in which procesionaron more than a hundred children who this year received the first communion.
San Pedro del Pinatar hosted the largest procession, in which 95 children, preceded by a Mass in the Church of the Holy Trinity at 19:00 participated.
Subsequently, around 20:00, the standards of the brotherhoods of San Pedro del Pinatar opened the parade procession, followed by children who this year celebrated their first communion and flower petals sprinkled on the altars and streets the municipality, to the Plaza of the Constitution.
The brotherhoods of San Juan, Santiago and Cristo del Perdon, the association of the Virgen del Carmen and faithful of the municipality six altars set up in different parts of town to receive the Host, symbol of the Body of Christ, carried by the priests of the town.
Members of the municipal corporation and faithful of the municipality closed the procession followed by the band Union Musical San Pedro music.
The coastal village of Lo Pagan celebrated Corpus Christi during the morning, with a Mass at the Church of Our Lady of Carmen, at 11:00 hours and later procession.
