The mayor of San Javier, Visitation Martinez, today made public the division of responsibilities of the councilors who form the government team for the 2015-2019 legislature.
After taking office, on Saturday June 13, the new government team has already set the powers of the various councils.
The mayor pointed out that this new structure will contribute to more effective management and closer to the citizen, with new areas such as transparency, which will join the Citizen Participation to facilitate the continuous evaluation of public administration by the neighbors.
New areas such as neighborhoods and districts and Urban Quality, which together with Community Services work to improve roads, green spaces, furniture and urban infrastructure around the town are also introduced.
Thus, the delegation of powers of the council is as follows:
Pedro Javier Sanchez Aznar: Urbanism, Planning and Development;
Environment and Health.
Jose Fernandez Andreo: Economy, Finance and Property;
Employment and Personal.
Gaona Angela Cabrera: Works and Community Services;
Urban Quality, Town Planning, neighborhoods and districts;
Police, Civil Protection and Emergency;
Procurement.
Ramón Luis Garcia Garcerán: Enterprise, Trade and Industry;
Agriculture and Fisheries.
Maria Guadalupe Garcia Oliver: Education;
Equality and consumption.
Tárraga Alvaro Carrasco: New Technologies;
Media;
Transport and Urban Mobility;
Statistics and Cemetery.
Silvia Egea Morales: Tourism and Culture
Daniel Perez Diaz: Sports and Volunteering
Francisca Pelegerín Quereda: Social Welfare (Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Unit, Immigration and Women)
