San Pedro del Pinatar host this Saturday the third edition of the popular race Pinatarius Obstaculum Cursus, a fun tour of over 7 kilometers in which intrepid participants must overcome all obstacles.
Leisure Centre and Emerging Arts will host the Saturday, June 20, the output of the Pinatarius Obstaculum Cursus, set in ancient Rome, held for the third consecutive year as part of the festivities.
This year we have reached a total of 705 runners at senior level and 96 children enrolled in Pinatarius Impuves test.
Thus, participation has increased by more than 70 percent this year compared to 2014.
Also noteworthy is the increase of local brokers, which stands at around 200, to which participants from various parts of the Region and other regions are added.
The competition will begin at 17:00 with children's evidence and 18:00 a fun bike race chariots, one of the novelties of this year will be held.
The test consists of a circuit in which four teams of two people face, one pedal and the other is mounted on the chariot.
In this race they will involve local groups and associations.
Before absolute proof, around 19:00, the Unlimited Art Association will conduct a performance set in Rome to encourage riders to fight for the promised glory.
In addition, this group of centurions liven up the trip and entry into goal.
After the race participants will enjoy a delicious barbecue.
This race was born in 2013 as part of the festivities in order to make a nod to the historical roots of the town as well as the ordeals faced by Roman gladiators.
