Oil painting on canvas, roll, or tin crafts are just some of the work that women association Housewives perfect throughout the year.
The mayor of San Javier, Visitation Martinez, president of the association, Inmaculada de la Borbolla, members of the municipal corporation, and Queens of the Fiestas with their court, last night handed the prizes to the best work on the modalities craft, roll, green beans, tin sheets three-dimensional fabric painting and oil painting.
Throughout the course, dozens of members have participated in the workshops of these tasks performed at the headquarters of the association.
This exhibition is traditionally celebrated coinciding with the festivities of San Pedro and the end of the courses and workshops.
The president of the association announced on the spot during the Bando Pinatarense gastronomic booth housewives raised more than 7,000 euros, donated to the reform of the Church of St. Peter the Apostle.
