Technical staff and representatives of schools, businesses and other groups in San Pedro del Pinatar and San Javier met at the Leisure Centre and Emerging Arts with the objective of implementation in the Youth Guarantee System.
Councillors Employment and Education of San Javier, Jose Fernandez and Guadalupe Garcia, last week chaired technical coordination committee Youth Guarantee program in which technical personnel, counselors and heads of research institutes participated, representing the IMAS as well as the Regional Employment Service and Training and representatives of business associations from San Pedro del Pinatar and San Javier.
Youth Guarantee program is based on that all young (16 to 25 years) have full access to information and support services available, strengthening cooperation between employment services, career guidance providers, the centers education and training and support services to youth, maximizing all relevant information channels.
This requires that young people who want to participate in this program enroll in a file of the National System of Youth Guarantee.
After which the administration is committed to receiving a job, continuing education through quality training programs leading to a recognized professional qualification, professional internships, or finish formal education.
Thus, young people who are enrolled in the file may participate in the upcoming offering of training activities of SEF and Joint Training and Employment Program (formerly called Workshop Schools and Employment Workshops), convened only for those who are registered.
